Coffee and company. This meets twice week at St Michael’s church hall.
On a Monday it meets from 2pm – 4 pm, combining with the internet cafe, offering help and encouragement for all computer users.
On a Friday from 10 am – 12.00 it joins with the knitting group. All are welcome.
Craft workshops take place in Barnston Hall on most Wednesday mornings from 9.30 – 11.30 There is a varied programme of help and advice on a variety of crafts.
Carers Get Together. A warm welcome, a delicious lunch and relaxing activities for all carers. Please let us know if you, or someone you know, would appreciate coming along.
Bereavement Fellowship Lunch. A well attended monthly meeting offering lunch and friendship to those who have been bereaved. All are welcome.
A Mens’ Breakfast takes place every other month, at St Michael’s. We have a full English and a speaker, who gets us to think about what being a Christian means and how we should live if we are Christian. The News page will tell you when we next meet.
Contact is a monthly meeting (on a Thursday evening) which offers a range of activities and outings for women in the church. It meets at Christ Church hall and is a great way to get to know people.
Mothers’ Union meets each month at St Michael’s. The Mothers Union aims to support family life at home and overseas and the group offers a warm welcome to all .
Family Plus is a group that organises fun events for families.
